Hey everyone, I wanted to have a thread for dealing with the club's newsletter. I like to get comments and suggestions so I'll try and keep this thread up to date for each month.

For April: feel free to look at www.bousman.org/socalm/reward/200704/ and see what I'm working on. Keep in mind that in the early stages it's a very rough draft and will get refined as time goes on.

Plus, the final formatting that puts everything in place is a lot like a jigsaw puzzle and occurs very late after all the material is in.

But I welcome your comments and if you have new material I'd like to hear from you. Either post here or send me an email at "[e-mail]".

Hi Brian,
It's hard to improve on something that is in my opinion is already top notch. Your talent for creating a newsletter every month is amazing. You seem to always have good ideas and interesting topics to read. Thanks for your all your hard work and long hours that you put in.
I guess the only thing I can contribution to you for your newsletter is pictures that I just posted. Two new albums; Coastal Cruise and Hals Impromptu run. socalm.phanfare.com/ I will try to let you know when I have something worth sharing for the newsletter. Anyway Great job Brian!

Thanks Lisa. I appreciate the compliments! Now, what I can really use from people are suggestions...

So right now it's looking like a 16-page newsletter although I might be able to trim it to 12. There's just too many pictures (by someone with the initials LM) to keep it short. If anyone wants to send me captions on the photos that would be fine. I don't plan on using all of the pictures, those are just what I could easily narrow it down to.
