So I've got a couple of very small tears in my soft top. It's a replacement top (non OEM) that's been on for a few years. Each of the tears is in the same spot on opposite sides - they must be wear points when folding up. Any suggestions on a way to patch them, sort of like putting a bicycle tire patch on the inside?

I vote for the bicycle tire patch idea

;D - I thought about that. Not sure if the patch w/glue works well on the soft top material. I remember that bicycle patches are designed to vulcanize the patch and tire together so I'm not sure what that does when used on the top.

Thinking about it that way you may be right. You may want to try cutting up an old tube to use as a patch and use either rubber cement or something like marine Goop.
