Well after 16 years I finally changed out the wimpy stock horn for something better. The Nautilus compact air horn is a compact unit with the compressor and horns all in one unit. It's got a nice loud tone and installs easily. About $50 with shipping and tax. Installed in less than 45 minutes (including taking tools out, etc.). Could be done in 20 minutes after doing it once. Biggest problem is reaching through the grill opening and up to work the bolts. I left cheek prints on my bumper trying to get to it! ;D www.miata.net/products/pmisc/stebel.htmlBrian p.s. it has instructions for NB and NC models, too.

Why do you need your butt up against the bumper to install a horn?
Must have a gas leak in here....
Go Cowboys, D
