...so today I replaced the rotors and brake pads all around with EBC slotted and dimpled, and redstuff, respectively; simple enough until I got to the rear. I removed the bolt "cap" (next to the bolt for the brake line to the caliper) to get to the hex "screw" gear. Using a hex key, that screw/gear compressed the caliper. I didn't adjust anything else in the rear. After a few laps around the neighborhood and upon return to my driveway, I realized that the parking brake no longer works. Does the screw control the parking brake tension? If so, how do I know how far to screw it back in?
